Requirements

• Minimum 3 CXC or Heart Lvl 2 Customer Service Certificate, City and Guilds Math and English/High School Diploma.
• Where you only possess a high school diploma,  at least 1 year continuous employment in the customer service field is required.

• Experience required (not limited to the BPO industry)

• 6 months of continuous work total of Customer Service Exp

• Sales experience is preferred
• Must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM 90% accuracy.
• Ability to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver relevant recommendations to customers (solution selling ability).
• The ability to connect with applicants on a personal level, understanding their goals, motivations, and concerns.
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Enrollment Advisors should be customer-oriented, providing high-quality service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions.
  
• The ability to identify and address challenges or concerns applicants may encounter during the enrollment process.
  
• Attention to detailmust ensure that all enrollment paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong active listening skills, ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations for products/services that will solve customer problems.
• Should have the ability to sell the program by highlighting its benefits and aligning the program with the applicant’s personal and professional goals.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, applicant needs, or program updates
• Must be patient and persistent, gently guiding them through any doubts or delays without becoming frustrated.
