1. Purchasing Agent

Location: Montego Bay

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services to support hotel operations.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier agreements.

• Collaborate with department heads to determine purchasing needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

2. Health & Safety Officer

Location: Montego Bay

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.

• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.

• Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.

• Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
