We are seeking to hire an experienced:

  • Collections Trainer: The Trainer is primarily responsible for the ongoing maintenance and delivery of our training programs, as well as the development and implementation of strategies to improve agent performance.

      To be successful in this role, the Collections Trainer is expected to have:

    • At least 6 months of experience in a 3rd party collections environment.
    • 1-2 years previous experience as a collections or sales trainer.
    • The ability to lead the training and nesting/on-the-job training exercise for new hires.
    • Advanced working knowledge of the collections industry and debt recovery best practices.
    • Working knoledge of adult learning theories and their application in face-to-face/virtual learning environments.
    • Excellent time management, people management, communication, leadership, relationship management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to make quick and sound data-driven decisions.

 

  • Human Resources Recruiter: The HR Recruiter will handle full-cycle recruiting and be responsible for sourcing candidates, maintaining our social media platforms, updating job ads, filtering applications, conducting interviews and background checks. The ultimate goal is to help our company build a sound employer brand by ensuring that you attract, hire, and retain talented and high-potential candidates.
            To be successful in this role, the HR Recruiter is expected to have:
    • 2- 3 years work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
    • Knowledge to design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
    • An innovative and creative approach to recruiting.
    • Proven skills in content creation, brand management and audience growth.
    • The ability to plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images and video) on a daily or weekly basis that increases brand awareness.
    • Knowledge of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
