MORTGAGE AND INVESTMENT OFFICER

Main Responsibilities

• Greet new and existing customers through direct interaction, phone and emails.

• Conduct a credit interview with potential customers. This includes, understanding the customer financial status and their ability to qualify for credit per the lending criteria.

• Effective and impactful write up of mortgage applications for consideration by the credit committee.

• Complete applications for new investments, including the write up of certificates, seal registers and other necessary logs. 

• Obtaining the relevant signatures on all appropriate forms and documents in a timely manner.

• Analyse customer accounts and address any queries that may arise.

Qualifications 

• B Sc. In Business Administration

• Experience in credit lending facilities 

• Excellent Analytical Skills 

• Proficient in MS 365 applications 

• Mature work attitude and ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.
