Core Network Engineer (Onsite) 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary technical engineer for core network delivery, handling both onsite and remote delivery of diverse projects such as CS&IMS/PS/5G/HSS/PCRF/DRA. This includes overseeing network design, installation, and deployment, managing interconnection commissioning, and orchestrating cutover, upgrade, and capacity expansion initiatives.
  2. Oversee communication assurance for significant events, ensuring seamless data and voice services.
  3. Engage closely with customers throughout the project delivery phase, guaranteeing successful completion and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  4. Take charge of the overall technical management of the delivery project, including making the delivery plan, managing the project delivery progress, identifying delivery technology risks, working with other departments or teams to develop technical solutions, and communicating with customers in daily work.
  5. During daily work communication with customers, proactively identify sales opportunities based on customers' valuable requirements and Huawei's product capabilities, and support pre-sales opportunity guidance.
  6. Identify customers' valuable requirements (such as service indicator monitoring and service performance analysis) , design and output high-level solutions, support R&D teams, customization teams, or system engineers to evaluate the possibility of solutions and develop detailed solutions, and be responsible for the deliverability of solutions.

Business Skills Requirements:

  1. Develop and maintain effective communication with entry-level customers, discussing technical solutions, project timelines, and updates to foster support and acknowledgement,
  2. Business consulting acumen to accurately interpret and manage customer needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  3. Anticipate technical risks associated with the product family, including delivery strategies, technical solutions, cybersecurity, and bidding precautions, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Identify and resolve technical issues, drafting solution proposals, overseeing design reviews, monitoring on-site construction, ensuring compliance with process specifications by partners, and tracking project progress.
  5. Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the telecom or IT industry, 3 years delivery experience in the mobile or cloud network domain with a comprehensive understanding of core network, IP, network management, operating systems, databases, cloud services, virtualization, middleware, etc
  6. Demonstrable knowledge of CS, IMS, NGN, HSS, PCRF, PS, NFV, and IT products across vendors, with a preference for candidates with experience in developing, testing, and managing core network products such as NFVI, MANO, CS/PS, and 5GC.
  7. Solid understanding of call signaling, the evolution of network architecture, and the design and commissioning of datacom networks.
  8. Proficiency in IT system architecture and Internet system design and operations.
  9. Foundational knowledge in the design, integration, and principles of public, private, or hybrid cloud networks.
  10. Have general knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G network architecture and related communication principles.

 

Wireless Network Performance Engineer (Onsite)

Main Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the network experience, including wireless network planning and optimization.

2.Responsible for the wireless network optimization project delivery, team technical management to improve team skills

3.During daily work communication with customers, proactively identify sales opportunities based on customers' valuable requirements and Huawei's product capabilities, and support pre-sales opportunity guidance

Business skills Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of delivery experience in the mobile network domain

2.Have a deep understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE radio network knowledge, be able to comprehensively improve network performance, including network rate, accessibility, and retainability, and have rich network optimization experience

3.Be able to independently communicate with customers about network performance and handle VIP issues.

4.Have excellent communication skills and facilitation skills, and be willing to communicate with other team members

 

Radio Frequency Engineer (Onsite)

Main Responsibilities:

1.Improve and optimize network experience, including OSS and drive test  KPI

2.Responsible for the wireless network optimization project delivery, rollout site verification and output report

Business Skills Requirements:

1.Have understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE radio network knowledge, be able to comprehensively improve network performance, including network rate, accessibility, and retainability

2.Be able to independently communicate with customers about network performance and handle VIP issues

3.English can be used as the working language, and appropriate overtime and cross-country business trips are accepted
