JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE:
• Provides superior quality service to internal and (by extension) external customers by ensuring all client reporting is accurate and complete by projecting and demonstrating a high level of professionalism, courtesy and initiative in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
ADMINISTRATION:
• Enter transactions on Addepar and ensure all investment activity is recorded.
• Obtain and enter prices where needed.
• Liaise with banks and brokers to settle transactions where applicable and ensure all transactions are recorded and all securities are properly set-up on Addepar.
• Set up new accounts on Addepar for new clients and update any changes to client information as required.
• Reconcile client cash positions daily and client positions monthly to brokers/custodians.
• Process and record quarterly fees.
• Support any client queries as applicable.
INVESTMENT POLICY:
• Prepare and run compliance reports daily to ensure all trades made are compliant with Investment Policies.
MARKET KNOWLEDGE:
• Prepare market intelligence reports and prepare key data for marketing purposes.
REPORTING:
• Assists in the preparation of various Regulatory/Financial reports are generated as required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually) on Addepar on a timely basis.
• Prepare information, as needed, to assist Marketing for mutual funds.
HSE MANAGEMENT:
• Co-operates and supports the company’s HSE initiatives.
• Adheres to employee’s duties in accordance with OSH Act.

• Performs any other related tasks/duties as required.

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
• Working knowledge of financial markets would be an asset.
• Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Access
• At least five (5) years’ experience in sales support function preferably in financial industry
