Position Summary: NWT Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a tech-savvy Microsoft 365 specialist with strong data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in the full suite of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, and PowerApps. This role requires an advanced Excel user who can efficiently manage, interpret, and analyze raw data to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s use of Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring efficient collaboration and workflow automation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights.
  • Create and manage custom applications using PowerApps to improve business processes.
  • Oversee document management and workflows in SharePoint.
  • Support Teams administration and integration for seamless communication across departments.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with raw data, clean and transform datasets, and generate reports for management.
  • Automate business processes and reporting using Power Automate and Excel Macros/VBA.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, and PowerApps.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, Macros, and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, and database management is an asset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide training to team members.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Skills

  • Experience with SQL or other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices.
