About the Role:

As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling merchandising and promotional activities across multiple points of sale. You will lead and supervise a team of merchandisers, ensuring compliance with brand standards, monitoring performance, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, including display, rotation, and expiration tracking.
• Collaborate with store managers and point-of-sale (POS) contacts to optimize product placement and visibility.
• Conduct field visits to assess merchandising execution, provide feedback, and support the team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate additional display spaces, and implement promotional activities.
• Ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools, materials, and training for optimal performance.
• Maintain direct communication with regional managers, project managers, and sales teams to drive business objectives.
• Handle disciplinary actions, vacation planning, and operational logistics for the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.
• 1+ year of experience in team supervision or leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other merchandising-related tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing business needs.
