Overview of Responsibilities
This consultancy role requires an experienced professional to manage the overall membership experience, ensure member engagement, and oversee knowledge management initiatives for the Caribbean Society for Human Resource Professionals.
The consultant will be responsible for growing and retaining membership while maintaining effective communication channels across multiple platforms.
Key Deliverables
1. Membership
• Manage and enhance the overall membership experience to ensure high levels of engagement
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new members to grow the organization's membership base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members
• Monitor and manage membership platforms including WhatsApp groups and other communication channels
• Provide proposals and recommendations to enhance member engagement
• Develop strategies for membership growth and retention
• Create initiatives to improve overall member experience
2. Digital Presence and Communication
• Manage the organization's social media presence across all platforms
• Oversee and maintain the organization's website and online presence
• Develop and execute email communications and member newsletters
• Ensure timely and effective member communication across all channels
3. Event and Education Management
• Execute and manage the organization's annual conference
• Develop and coordinate courses and training programs for members
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and learning opportunities
Education & Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in membership management, social media management, or marketing
• Event management experience is a significant asset
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in social media management platforms
• Experience with website content management systems
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and communication tools
• Proficient in email marketing platforms
• Knowledge of WhatsApp business features and group management

Compensation: JMD 200,000 per month
