EDGE Coaching Services was set up by Richie Forde to offer a range of coaching services to assist and support Barbadians of all ages to realize and maximize their true potential.

 Our mission is to build awareness and responsibility in all coaching clients that Engage so they may Develop, Grow and Evolve to be the best version of themselves and reach their full potential. 

Our vision is to be a leader in supporting an emerging generation of Barbadians who are aware of the opportunities open to them so that they may continuously Engage, Develop, Grow, Evolve and challenge the norm. 

As a Master Certified Coach and a PGA Associate, Richie Forde (Founder) offers a range of golf coaching lessons including individual, group clinics, corporate team building sessions, school team building and many more.  Richie believes that golf should be fun, an opportunity to learn a new skill and to meet other people with similar interests.
