Position: Member Experience & Learning Coordinator
Location: Caribbean (Hybrid)
Drive professional excellence in HR across the Caribbean! We're seeking a dynamic leader to create exceptional experiences for our member community and deliver cutting-edge professional development programmes.
What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging professional development programmes
- Create meaningful networking and community-building opportunities
- Lead signature events, including our annual conference
- Drive member satisfaction and growth initiatives
- Coordinate certification programmes and learning journeys
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in member services or training coordination
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business or related field
- Proven track record in event management
- Excellence in stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management capabilities
