Collins Ltd. a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team and promote key products locally and within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
  • Implement regional strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback and stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree or a Degree in a health-related area, such as Pharmacy or Nursing.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Local travel required; must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
  • Overseas travel required; must have and maintain a valid passport and requisite travel documents.

Experience in a specialist sales role, promoting products to key stakeholder communities, would be an asset.
