This role requires a strategic, market-savvy leader to manage sales in the surgery and specialty sectors. The candidate must align sales strategies with company goals, build key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through strong leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory & Sales Management: Maintain three months’ stock levels, forecast inventory, and drive product promotion.
  2. Customer Engagement & Support: Train doctors/hospital staff, manage product complaints, and provide service support.
  3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to optimize sales performance.
  4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate reports, and manage sales objectives (80% target required to avoid corrective actions).
  5. Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily sales plans within budget constraints.
  6. Market Research & Analysis: Track consumer trends, monitor competitors, and optimize sales strategies.
  7. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and manage feedback.
  8. Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate deliveries.
  9. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for streamlined operations and marketing support.
  10. Promotions & Events: Manage campaigns, trade shows, and sales training to enhance brand engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  2. Proven sales track record with budget management experience.
  3. Expertise in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Industry knowledge, inventory management, and competitor analysis.
