Medical Representatives

Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Sustain rapport with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• • Willing to work in any relevant assigned areas with the relevant assignments. Being able to deal with a wide variety of cross-sections of people.
  • Responsible for promoting the product line Island wide to the Hospitals & Doctors & Nurse Practitioners in the Private & Public sectors, Pharmacies and directly to the consumers in the needed areas.
  • Providing customer support for all clients.
  • Must be able to deal with a wide variety of cross-sections of people in & out of the Company.
  • To work in close co-ordination with the Management / Finance Dept / Administration / Warehouse team / Sales & Marketing team and to be one of the main driving forces behind the achievement of sales & collections objective for the organization.
  • Ensure that the Company inventory on hand is handled in a manner which conforms to the Prescription Act and submit monthly inventory reports on the sales by parish.
  • Co-ordinate with and assist other Heads of Departments, Management Sub-committees & CEO in supervising & periodic planning of the Company’s sales & marketing schedules relating to pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure that the discipline is maintained, and customers are always given quality and courteous service by implementing the support services to the clients.
  • Ensure safe handling & storage of all the products in your possession thus facilitating product integrity.
  • Willing to be available at ease, to take customer orders, to motivate collections pattern, to work along with the other area Sales executives & other medical representatives to boost the sales and returns to the Company and yourself.
