Medical Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Indies Pharma Jamaica is a leading pharmaceutical company committed to providing high-quality, affordable medicines to improve healthcare across Jamaica. We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Medical Representative to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Indies Pharma products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and detailing visits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports.
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. (MANDATORY)
✔ 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
✔ Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the healthcare industry.
✔ Valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle and willingness to travel across Jamaica.
