Marketing and Sales Assistant to promote and sell our high-quality cabinetry products. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing sales support functions, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Help manage content creation for the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Support SEO and content optimization efforts to increase web traffic and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.

Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation, customer data, and order histories.
  • Help with inventory tracking and reporting on product availability for customers.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction

  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person as needed.
  • Help manage and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Support customer follow-ups and communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Administrative and Organizational Tasks:
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and client visits for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain and update databases, including customer contact information and sales records.
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, document organization, and data entry.

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

 

Experience

  • 1-2 years previous experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in proposal writing.

 

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
