To assist the Marketing team with the execution of activities.

Key Functions:

• To assist in development and implementation process for marketing/sales promotions.
• To assist with the recruitment and selection of the necessary promotional representatives/brand ambassadors for
   events and develop a catalogue.
• To assist with the coordinating the ordering and release of required promotional product samples per activation.
• Responsible for sourcing any necessary promotional assets or materials – uniforms, quick counters, signage, sampling
   cups, etc and requesting the necessary quotations following the three-quote process,
• To fill in as a promotional rep if required at any specific activation.
• To ensure that all promotional materials are removed from all execution locations, packed, transported and stored in a
   safe and preservative manner and account for via an inventory listing.
• To prepare and submit promotional reports on a weekly basis and monthly basis using template provided and submit to
   the Marketing Manager or the CEO. 
• Evaluate and report on competitors’ promotional activities whether it be on the field or in the digital space
• To assist in the preparation of a yearlong trade sampling calendar based on the requirements of the Brand
   Management team.
• To assist in the production of support materials like brochures, flyers and other field communication.
• Any other duties that are required for the role.

Minimum Qualifications / Education:

  • At least five (5) CSEC / CXC ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematic
  • A certificate or diploma in Business Administration        

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of Payroll data processing would be an asset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to work on a shift basis
