Marketing Executive

Who You Are… 

A driven and focused marketer who is responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to capture key information to drive all areas of the marketing mix. An excellent communicator, this individual will be the point of contact between stakeholders and the wider marketing team to create innovative, out of the box campaigns to drive sales, generate revenue and create a positive image for the firm.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide day-to-day support of brand/department requirements.
  • Serves as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the wider marketing department.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessment to better understand each stakeholder’s requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of brand campaigns including but not limited to the various marketing channels.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to brief social media, creative, PR and external suppliers and teams to assist with the formulation of integrated campaign strategies and support in the execution thereof.
  • Regularly checks in on stakeholders to ensure they’re satisfied with the relevant campaigns/initiatives.
  • Addresses any concerns or issues a department may have and working with the wider marketing team and management to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to leverage digital advertising and organic/paid promotional activities where appropriate.
  • Work with analytics and reports and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity monthly, annual and ad hoc reports as based on manufacturer reporting needs.
  • Help with the drafting of all company collateral including press releases, ad copy, web site copy etc
  • Participate in the devising and execution of KIG events.
  • Support all brand social media activity including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter where necessary.
  • Support the marketing department’s ongoing implementation of staff relations programmes including awards and seasonal parties, staff communication, adherence of policy, revenue driving ideas etc
  • Understanding of the marketing channels, digital capabilities and technology trends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years experience in marketing experience and/or Corporate Communications & Public Relations (Agency experience a plus)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline

Digital Marketing Executive
Who You Are… 

A driven and focused digital marketing expert who is responsible for driving the company’s digital and social media activity. Results and data driven, this individual will use out-the-box thinking, initiative and growing expertise to help drive sales leads as well as create a positive image for the company and all of the brands we represent. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the running of a productive and vibrant marketing department.
  • Support the marketing team with creating and executing strategic, creative and engaging social and digital media campaigns.
  • Help create a glowing reputation for the company based on its creativity, efficiency and performance.
  • Drive sales and awareness through the participation in weekly team meetings, quarterly brainstorming sessions.
  • Play the starring role in supporting all brands with the coordination and management of comprehensive and effective online advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the web team and HOD/Sales Managers/Sales Executives to keep our corporate and brand web sites engaging and current.
  • Become the point of contact for external digital agencies and work closely with the in house design team to run engaging online advertising campaigns.
  • Generate new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Create social media calendars to include copy and appropriate shareable engaging content for specific networks to spread both our brands and our content.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the brand media hubs and use content wherever possible
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM systems, Constant Contact
  • Social Media Community Management Experience (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices 
  • Drivers License (at least 2 years)

 

 

Motion Graphic Designer

Who You Are… 

A driven and focused designer who is responsible for driving all creative aspects of the marketing mix, both on and offline. Results and efficiency driven, this individual will use out-the-box thinking, initiative, expert brand knowledge and exceptional design work to help drive sales and create a positive image for our company and the brand we represent.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the running of a productive and vibrant marketing department
  • Support the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for all KIG brands and deparments
  • Fiercely drive the marketing and sales interests of the different lines of business
  • Help create a glowing reputation for the company based on its communication, creativity, efficiency and performance.
  • Develop high visual impact design concepts, sample layouts and assets for multiple division projects.  
  • Design for a wide variety of digital projects including websites, infographics, email graphics, social media graphics and other digital channels.
  • Grow and share knowledge of digital design, brand development, interactive design and the creative process.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to manage build out of specific design projects 
  • Manage and maintain graphic files including logos, approved corporate images, etc.
  • Stay current with emerging industry design techniques and the latest design software to maintain and improve work.
  • Help with the ongoing creation of e-blasts and customer news around KIG sales and service promotions
  • Assist with the constant updating of the company and brand web sites.
  • Liaise with marketing executives and wider team to create bespoke landing pages as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign) - please include your portfolio as a link on your resume when applying for the role.
