The Marketing and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for executing on the ground marketing initiatives, sharing market, competitor, and customer insights, managing promotions, and customer service.

We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Marketing and Customer Service Officer at JN Money Services (Cayman) Ltd. The position will be responsible for executing on the ground marketing initiatives, sharing market, competitor, and customer insights, managing promotions, and customer service. This role will involve handling  customer inquiries and providing support to ensure exceptional customer service. This job will also entail the effective management of new and existing agents by  assisting agents to improve the quality of service and to deliver on the marketing and sales  programs agreed on for the agents and to meet planned targets.

Salary: $41,397.74

Note: Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the Cayman Islands.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on the ground marketing, promotional and sales campaigns for JN Money and MoneyGram which have been cascaded by JNMS Group Marketing Department.
  • Serve as the main marketing liaison for non-Jamaican Brand Ambassadors – Philippines, Honduras, Guyana etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling programs and content that align with brand and relevant to the Cayman market.
  • Drive sales and brand awareness for JN Money products and other JN services where required.
  • Lead  Teams for periodic promotional activities
  • Identify sponsorship, promotional or sales opportunities for JN Money and MoneyGram
  • Effectively deliver excellent customer service, achieving efficiencies in execution and promoting the company’s product and services.
  • Plan, execute, and track promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
  • Monitor and Handle customer complaints across branches and agent network.
  • Gather and analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to special customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to implement strategies for handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Assist customers with completing required documents including the Letter of Authority for account and third-party transfers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our agents, providing them with regular promotional and marketing updates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between agents and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
  • Assist agents in understanding marketing strategies and tools to enhance their performance and success.
  • Monitor agent operations to ensure supplies are requisitioned, dispatched and used appropriately.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s OR Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, and/or customer service roles.
  • Must reside in the stated market region.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, agents, and customers.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in marketing tools/software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
