We are seeking to identify a high-performing and experienced Marketing Sr. Advisor to join our Jamaica team to collaborate with our regional team and lead all marketing initiatives and projects for our Jamaica property.

 

MARKETING SR. ADVISOR

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit all communications and marketing materials and pieces in the hotels.
  • Project leadership of standardization and improvement of the brand image in the hotels with the support of marketing management.
  • Protect our brand integrity, continuous image auditing in the hotels under his responsibility.
  • Manage and supervision of hotel signage, promotional materials, internal pieces (stationery, staff business cards, reception, guest service and restaurants, uniforms, restaurant menus, room directory, etc.).
  • Supervision of all audiovisual material in general in the hotels guaranteeing brand presence.
  • Control of the correct reception of printing orders (follow-up with the Purchasing Department).
  • Personalize, updating, supervision and management of in-room television platforms.
  • Manage, updating and supervision of the contents of digital media such as totems, tablets, etc.
  • Approach and drafting of briefings for Design projects.
  • Collect and updated information of all hotel outlets (restaurants, Spa, Logo shop, upselling...) and events/animation.
  • Coordinate with the Design department for the elaboration of creativities for all mandatory materials, adaptations and updates that may be required.
  • Supervision and control of the distribution of Palladium Magazine in rooms and common areas of all hotels.
  • Collect and administration of information for the local and Spanish marketing department's own reports.
  • Prepare / create internal presentations.
  • Prepare and do presentation of audit reports.
  • Stock control of Marketing materials.
  • Support in the coordination with the hotel staff for marketing actions and special events.
  • Coordination with the design team and the Marketing Manager for the elaboration of creativities for TRADE, ON / OFF advertising
  • Support in the creation of projects for Upselling of the hotels.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • BSc. in Communication/Marketing or related qualification from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Social Media and Marketing experience in the tourism and hospitality field
  • Knowledge of marketing and graphic design.
  •  Knowledge of the Adobe pack (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
  • Proficiency in the Office pack, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in administrative tasks.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Structured, functional, and organized work methodology.
  • Orderly and practical.
