Marketing Sales Officer
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer , 30 8 24
Overview: The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the organization’s social media marketing, sales strategies, market research, public relations, product advertising, reputation management. This role involves evaluating the company’s products to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and product launches aimed at increasing sales and enhancing brand awareness. The Sales & Marketing Manager collaborates with various departments—such as Finance, Manufacturing, Graphic Design, and Human Resources—to gather the necessary information and resources for successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and Promote, develop new markets for our products and services
- Assist in the review and expansion of the company’s sales strategies.
- Analyze customer databases to improve customer service, branding, sales, and training efforts.

- Create, expand, and enhance media campaigns, including social media initiatives.
- Brand Management:
- Develop branding, marketing promotions, and sales activities to drive local and export sales
- Oversee the creation and coordination of marketing and promotional materials
- Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends, recommending and initiating new approaches to stay ahead.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare and ensure compliance
- Provide timely competitive information for key product ranges.
- Perform administrative tasks and generate reports in a timely manner.
- Additional Duties:
- Available to work on Saturdays as part of a 5-day work week.
- Perform any non-routine but relevant tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Highly developed verbal, written, and computer skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly approach with excellent time management skills.
- Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- High sense of commitment, discipline, discretion, honesty, and integrity.
- Work Environment:
- May require work at spas, events, and weekends as necessary.
- Travel may be required.
- Must own a vehicle
Education & Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Minimum Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing.
Computer & Social Media Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage.
