We're hiring a dynamic Marketing Officer to manage our membership database, drive engagement, and run campaigns. Key duties include updating records, leading recall efforts for renewals, and supporting the Marketing Manager in executing growth strategies to enhance our product’s appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Database Management:
• Maintain and update the membership database with new registrations, renewals, and any modifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, following best practices for database management.
• Generate reports on membership trends, renewal rates, and engagement levels.
Member Engagement & Communication:
• Develop and execute email, whatsapp, and telemarketing campaigns to engage existing members.
• Regularly communicate with members to promote benefits, events, and special offers.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
Membership Growth & Retention:
• Lead the recall program to follow up with expired or inactive members, encouraging renewals.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the membership experience.
• Develop and manage loyalty initiatives and incentives to increase retention rates.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote memberships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to grow the product’s value chain and improve its market appeal.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
General Marketing Support:
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and outreach programs.
• Design simple marketing materials using Canva for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Support content creation efforts for social media and email marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or database management.
• Strong proficiency in Google Applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Canva (or willingness to learn) for content creation.
• Strong organizational and data management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in executing marketing strategies.
• Must own a reliable working vehicle for business-related travel.
