Marketing Officer

MyCart Express is seeking a vibrant, engaging and professional Marketing Officer who is responsible for the end to end Marketing activities of the Company.

Key responsibilities:

• Take primary responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing all marketing and  promotional activities: digital to traditional campaigns and internal and external  sponsored events. 
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role. Portfolio should be submitted  with application. 
• Represent the Company at social, corporate and other events (JMEA, Expo Jamaica etc) 
•  Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement,  exposure and sales. 
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, HR, COO), to align marketing  efforts with business objectives. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ambassadors and vendors to  support the Company Brand. 
• Measure and monitor key metrics to demonstrate effectiveness and to inform decision  making, planning and forecasting. Outline recommendations for brand advancement.∙ Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns. Conduct market research  and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitive ventures and generate  reports as needed. 
•  Be adept at Social media platforms (Tik tok, Facebook, twitter,IG, Snapchat), navigation,  management, consumer interaction and Company postings.
