POSITION: MARKETING OFFICER

SALARY: $12000.00

LOCATION: ARIMA


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

 Expands and develops the Company’s marketing platform utilizing a variety of mediums e.g. content creation, social media platforms and performance analysis tools.

 Measures and reports on the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and gains insight into customers’ needs.

 Develops and implements a marketing plan to support the business’ overarching strategies and goals.

 Collaborates with relevant departments to develop and implement pricing strategies.

 Establishes marketing goals and metrics based on past performance and market forecasts.

 Oversees current product offerings, conducts market research and devises initiatives for new products and/or services.

 Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to develop marketing strategies.

 Liaises with external stakeholders including agencies, vendors and traditional/nontraditional media platforms.

 Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge:

 Sound knowledge of analytics tools, competitive analysis and marketing strategies

 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

 Advanced organizational and interpersonal skills


Ability to:

 Develop and maintain good internal/external working relationships

 Work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines

 Function in a multi-disciplined team environment

 Critically analyse and solve problems

 Effectively formulate and communicate presentations to a diverse audience

 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 Minimum qualification of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other equivalent tertiary level certification

 A minimum of three (3) years’ Marketing experience in a similar role for a medium to large organization

 Restaurant experience would be considered an asset
