Mother’s Food Group is seeking to identify a suitably qualified individual to head its Marketing team as MARKETING MANAGER.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, in line with the company’s objectives
  • Plan and execute all advertising, publications, and promotional campaigns
  • Prepare and oversee the department’s budget
  • Identify market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitors share and competitors strengths and weaknesses
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, developers, advertisers, and distributors
  • Assist with new product launching and recommend competitive pricing strategies and product packaging for the organization’s new products

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • A degree in Marketing or Business Management with a minimum of 5 years experience in a management position
  • Marketing experience in the Fast-Food/Retail industry would be an asset
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Organized and self motivated
  • Demonstrated negotiation, planning and implementation skills
