The Marketing Manager will develop and drive a portfolio of integrated marketing and communications strategies to optimize revenue generation and customer loyalty for assigned business lines or customer segments.
Core Functions
• Develop and drive a portfolio of integrated marketing and communications strategies to optimize revenue generation and customer loyalty for assigned business lines or customer segments . Strategies will be aligned with stated business objectives, and informed by consumer insights and data.
• Responsible for optimizing marketing return on investment on marketing budgets.
• Liaise with business leads of each customer segment to ensure satisfaction with Marketing results, remain updated on ongoing business dynamics and provide guidance and thought partnership on the most effective marketing strategies to support their business objectives.
• Continuously monitor performance against stated objectives and lead necessary pivots to address any performance variances.
• Ensure collaborative approach to implementation of marketing initiatives where multiple business lines are targeting a customer segment in order to improve customer experience and share of wallet across the NCB Group.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with vendors and partners that are critical to the enablement of the specific customer segment (e.g. Marketing Agencies).
• Provide oversight for Budget Management in the group marketing and corporate communications area.
• Implementing collaborative customer focused Marketing initiatives to improve customer experience and share of wallet across the NCB Group.
• Identify and introduce development opportunities for members of the segment.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Management Studies or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Brand Management or Marketing at a senior level.
