Job Summary:
As one of the Caribbean’s leading Fintech, the Company has made great strides in reshaping the financial landscape and providing leading edge solutions that empower companies and individuals. With a recently expanded Group portfolio of new services and solutions, as well as access to new markets, the Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to drive marketing strategies, brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives to undergird these efforts.
The ideal candidate for this pivotal role will have a genuine appreciation of the Fintech landscape, substantial experience in digital marketing, and the ability to lead innovative campaigns. Being proactive and able to think outside the box is a must to bring the requisite value in leading the Company’s Marketing portfolio and shaping the future of the Company’s brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in support of the Group’s and Company’s goals to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Lead digital marketing initiatives across channels, including social media, email marketing, and performance advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
- Content & Brand Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, videos, and infographics, to reinforce the brand as a thought leader in the fintech space.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with current customers, industry influencers, media outlets, and other organizations to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Insights & Data Analysis:
Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and high performance.
- Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral for new products and feature launches.
- Project Budgeting: Coordinate the preparation, approval and management of marketing budgets.
- Coordination With External Service Providers: Develop scope of services for marketing programmes to be done by external providers and ensure execution according to budgets, time milestones and quality expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, and sales, preferably in the Fintech or financial sectors.
- Leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Proactivity, creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product trials and awareness, market penetration, brand loyalty, and increased market share for increased revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of executing innovative and successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth-stage environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with sales processes and sales forecasting.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, content marketing and social media.
- Experience with data analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations in Fintech and financial services marketing is a plus.
