The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing, and business development teams in the creation, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
This role is ideal for a creative, organized individual with a passion for social media, basic photography, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of marketing strategies, manage social media presence, create engaging content, and help generate leads to support sales and business development efforts. Goals include working closely with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Maintain and update social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metrics.
Assist in the development of content calendars and coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Photography & Content Creation:
Capture high-quality images for product displays, events, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in editing photos using basic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software).
Collaborate with the team to create compelling digital and print content that supports brand objectives and business development goals.
Campaign & Event Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
Maintain a digital asset library of photos and marketing materials.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for future campaigns.
Support additional marketing tasks as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
Works within an approved budget with cost consciousness strategies implementing cost saving measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Basic photography skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
Proficiency in basic photo editing software is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong technical expertise skillset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
