The Marketing Coordinator aids in the development and execution of marketing programs and strategies for assigned brand portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotions & Communication Strategy:

• Manage and execute assigned marketing projects within budget.

• Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the brand's messaging and value proposition to target audiences across all communication efforts.

• Create engaging and impactful activation ideas for various platforms including social media, promotions, and events.

• Be a representative of the brand in the market for relevant PR purposes

2. Strategic Growth Initiatives:

• Contribute to the development and execution of growth plans to expand the brand's market presence and drive revenue growth.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

3. Collaboration and Relationship Building:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to gather insights and align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Create briefs, scripts, and training as necessary to lead and inform the cross-functional team of responsibilities related to projects.

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.

• Develop a relationship with the sales team and customers through trade visits and brand training as needed for assigned projects.

• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to target audiences.

• Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Content Creation and Marketing Materials:

5. Budgeting, Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain a budget tracker for all associated brands spend.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.

• Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the marketing team and leadership on sales, promotion, budget tracking and event performance.

6. Event Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and support event-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, and strategic planning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

• Creativity and a keen eye for design to ensure visually appealing marketing materials.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Experience in event coordination and familiarity with event planning processes is a plus.
