Marketing & Communications Coordinator at CICSA Credit Union Ltd.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Be the point of contact for the marketing and promotions plan for the Credit Union.
- Execute promotional strategies for events and campaigns aligned to organizational goals.
- Oversee media campaigns and local sponsorship programs.
- Collaborate with local and overseas organizations to maximize opportunities and ensure value for money.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, advertising materials, and promotional items.
- Engage with members to understand and address business needs.
- In collaboration with marketing stakeholders, plan and execute logistics for local and overseas events.
- Monitor, record and control the use of promotional resources to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and project outcomes for Executive Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship programs.
- Experience in planning and managing events, from logistics to resource allocation and execution.
- Experience with marketing tools, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial products and services and understanding of member service practices, preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or similar role within the financial services sector preferred.
