The Marketing and Business Development Officer is responsible for executing strategies to promote the company’s brand, expand market presence, and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships and corporate collaborations.
Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
Maintain and update the company website and social media pages with current content aligned with branding goals.
Prepare proposals, pitches, and promotional materials for client engagement and business acquisition.
Assist with planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and client networking functions.
Monitor marketing budget and provide reports on ROI and campaign performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure continued engagement.
Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and business development outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a marketing or business development role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and brand management.
