Role Overview:

The Marketing Assistant handles daily administrative and marketing tasks while coordinating various company activities in close collaboration with the Line of Business (LOB).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides support for the sales initiatives of respective LOB.
  • Supports sponsored events by organising branding and booth set ups.
  • Fulfils branch requests to support sales events, including social media flyers.
  • Helps to execute promotional campaigns, activities and client events.
  • Supports with the tracking and execution of various campaign activity elements.
  • Supports the execution of the ‘Walk for the Cure’ and related fundraising initiatives.
  • Orders and distributes collateral for the branches within the territories.
  • Processes invoices and organises monthly LOB and MD budget tracker.
  • Ensures the calendar of events is updated regularly.
  • Processes requests for logos.
  • Reviews Marketing Intake forms from respective stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • An associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, administration, or related field.
  • Able to work well with a team.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a knack for proactive communication.
  • Proficient in computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
