Job Title: Marketing and Administrative Assistant

This position ensures seamless execution of day-to-day operations and supports the growth of the company's diverse business arms.

Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Marketing and Business Development Support

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company’s usual and new businesses, including residential development, hazardous waste management, HR management, marine logistics, and engineering divisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns to potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and proposals.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and post content for social media pages.
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide reports on performance metrics.
  • Assist in brainstorming and creating new content ideas for campaigns.

Graphic Design and Content Creation

  • Design visuals and edit content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company objectives.

Administrative Support

  • Review and draft contracts
  • Maintain and update databases and records related to clients, suppliers, and projects.
  • Assist in website maintenance for four company websites.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and client queries.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and meeting minutes as required.
  • Liaison with clients, purchasers and sub-contractors through tendering and contracting phases

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
