Core Functions:
• Execute sales strategies aligned with the Group’s strategic plans and support the sales team and regional managers on executing these in a focused and structured way.
• Partner with the branches within the Financial Centres to ensure awareness of the wealth management arm of the Group and the incorporation of NCBCM’s solutions within the branch network .
• Continuously monitor sales results and activities while ensuring assigned financial hub sales targets are surpassed and a robust sales pipeline is developed across all products/services.
• Provide coaching and direction to the wealth advisors within the financial hubs while ensuring the efficient delivery of exemplary sales and service.
• Arrange and schedule client presentations to both existing and new clients.
• Establish a robust and successful business development process for the team to include the framework for acquiring and managing client relationships.
• Work closely with the other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute upselling and cross selling strategies tailored to the organization’s products and services.
