Be physically on the compound M-F for a minimum of 1-2 hours with the time posted. Office space provided on the ground floor.
General maintenance of the compound including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, plumbing, lighting, water tanks and pumps, electronic gate, electronic elevator entrance, supervision of janitors, car park, landscaping etc.
Responds promptly to all owners and tenants; responds immediately to all emergencies 24/7; negotiates with all vendors
Collection and deposit of all fees that come due and keeping the Board informed of errant owners.
Disbursements: Paying of janitors, vendors, utilities, and all other expenses promptly. Disbursement of petty cash.
Financial Reporting: keeps proper financial records including but not limited to, receipts, deposit slips, cheques, petty cash payment, invoices etc.
Arrange AGM and any other meeting. This includes, recording of minutes, preparation of agenda, financials etc. Forwarding of financials to the directors.
Ensuring that all statutory obligations of the company are met. This includes CROS (Companies Registry Online System) registration and all other relevant Forms (41, 42, 45, 46, 28) are filed with the Registrar on time.
Qualifications:
One (1) to Two (2) years Property Management / Real Estate
High School Diploma (comprising of 5 subjects – Mathematics and English is mandatory).
