Our client, the Trinidad and Tobago Trade and Investment Promotion Agency invites applicants for the position of Manager, Investor Services.
The Manager, Investor Services is responsible for delivering agreed customer service, investor facilitation standards and Policy Advocacy. The incumbent manages relationships with the range of approval agencies and stakeholders to fast track investor applications, resolve investor issues and remove impediments to operationalizing investments. The role also involves devising strategies to ensure investments become operational in a timely manner and advance projects in the pipeline through these relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or related discipline
5-6 years experience in investment sourcing and facilitation or related scope of work with experience in managing business-to-business sales teams.
Business development of trade and investment with emphasis on investment sourcing, facilitation and aftercare
Experience with finance and investor relations trends, including financial accounting and emerging consultation and analytical techniques
Key Accountabilities:
Support the development of strategies for enhancing the investor experience
Execution and delivery of investor services
Manage business facilitation and investor aftercare
Oversee investor targeting activities and campaigns
Identify and advise on relationships with potentiali investors
Prepare Investor and Management Reports
Support human resource management by participating in the performance management and disciplinary prcesses.
