Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our information systems department, overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance technological capabilities, improve system efficiency, and ensure security.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet their technology needs, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Information Technology & Information Systems management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with current technological trends and how they can be leveraged to benefit our business.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
