Job Summary
Kris An Charles Investments Company Limited is seeking a Manager, Human Resource & Administration (HRA) to join its dynamic Management Team which is collectively charged to drive its strategic transformation.
The Manager, Human Resources and Administration will be accountable to the General Manager for the achievement of a competent, satisfied, engaged, and performing team operating in an enabling and well-maintained environment in order that the company achieves its mission, vision and major targets. In so doing, the position will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, benefits administration, talent development, performance management, facilities, procurement and office services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in human resource, facilities, procurement, and office services of which at least three (3) years should be in a management capacity.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills; be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality; and be proficient in the use of technology.
Working knowledge of the country’s labour laws.
Working knowledge of compensation and payroll computations.
Basic knowledge of Facilities Management and Procurement.
Understanding of Human Resource requirements for the Financial Services Sector.
