Are you a strategic and dynamic leader looking to drive excellence in warehouse operations?

Join us as the Manager, Finished Product Warehouse (Feed and S&M), where you'll oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations for finished products, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with safety and quality standards, and timely customer dispatches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, retrieval, and dispatch of products.
  • Optimize storage solutions and maintain the quality and integrity of feed products.
  • Supervise and inspire a high-performing warehouse team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain up-to-date safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with various teams to align inventory with demand forecasts and minimize discrepancies.
  • Liaise with contractors, haulers, and customers to foster positive relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues.

 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in warehouse or supply chain management within the feed industry or similar sectors.
  • Alternatively, 10 years in a similar role in a warehousing/manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership with strong team management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems, ideally SAP or WMS.
  • Knowledgeable in safety and compliance with warehouse operations.

 SPECIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficient in ERP systems, inventory control, Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Software.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation.
  • Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Able to drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
