We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the development of Trinidad as a premiere tourism destination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimise Trinidad's tourism offerings and enhance visitor experiences.
• Strengthen and monitor the destination's tourism supply and visitor profile databases.
• Provide technical support and oversee infrastructural projects.
• Maintain a tourism value chain and stay informed on market trends.
• Operational and business excellence, attainment of desired results consistent with the overall strategy and mission, industry good practice, professionalism, and ethical standards.
• Implement a robust system of quality standards and measurements for tourism products and experiences.
• Lead a high-performing Divisional Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters in Marketing, Tourism or Business.
• 8+ years experience in senior management.
• 5+ years experience in tourism and travel.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in product development.
• Project management experience.
• Planning and programme management.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
