Currently Recruiting for:​

​MANAGER – CORROSION SOLUTIONS​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:​

• Lead the Business Unit to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.​
• Lead a TEAM of professionals in developing and executing Marketing Strategies. ​
• Prospecting existing and new customers to market Company’s service offering.​
• Prepare management reports on Marketing, Financials, Customer Activities etc.​
• Manage pricing strategies and costing.​
• Provide technical guidance in coating estimation and application.​
• Manage and oversee the Business Unit ensuring efficient operations.​
• Review tender documents and develop proposals.​
• Work with other Business Units to meet project/client deadlines.​
• Manage product inventory to avoid stock out.​
• Ensure all equipment are maintained and operational.​

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:​

• University Degree in Engineering or Sciences, NACE Certification, MBA will be considered an asset.​
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Managerial Role in the Protective Coatings Industry.​
• Proven track record with 10+ years in Sales, Marketing and Strategic Business Development.​
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.​

• Experience and/or working knowledge of  ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001​.
