Maintenance Technician

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, schedules, and preventative maintenance programs for all equipment. Cement board machine, screw conveyors, air compressors, forklifts, vehicles, pressure washers, regrind machine, release agent spray system, bearings, motors etc.

supervise team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance, and assist in carrying out maintenance duties -

Track maintenance costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities, though computer software provided-

Monitor the condition of all assets, identifying potential issues and coordinating necessary repairs or replacements. -

Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate repairs in a timely manner. -

Manage relationships with outside contractors and suppliers for maintenance services and parts. -

Generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance-

Identify & suggest opportunities to optimize maintenance processes and procedures. -

Ensure plant is kept cleanly-

Manage Spares and request replacements as required-

Conduct the necessary research during the troubleshooting of factory line (Machinery) during downtime.-

Responsible for assisting in design and fabrication of speciality parts used in factory operations-

Requesting of consumables for Factory -

Management of all Tools – all tools are to be accounted for and put back at the end of the day-

Ensure that all components are put back in place properly, after maintenance / repairs have been conducted Note: The company reserves the right to add/alter your list of duties, should management deem necessary
