Maintenance Technician

Assist and carry out maintenance/ replacement of parts ie. Sensors, oils, motors, cylinders, blades, belts, hydraulic components, pneumatic components etc.

Experience:

• 1-2 Years work experience as a Maintence Technician

Requirements:

• Post production, address any issues that may have arisen during the run

• Learn intricacies of the machine and there components

• Post production, Check in with Production Manager &/Factory Manager to assist/carry out any maintenance duties required

• Non production days, Check in with Production Manager &/Factory Manager to assist/carry out any maintenance duties required

• Assist and carry out maintenance/ replacement of parts ie. Sensors, oils, motors, cylinders, blades, belts, hydraulic components, pneumatic components etc.

• proactive problem solving

• A maintenance technician, also known as a maintenance mechanic, is responsible for keeping equipment, machinery, and systems in good working order:

• Routine maintenance: Performing regular maintenance procedures

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing mechanical or electrical issues

• Emergency repairs: Responding to reports of broken or faulty items

• Building inspections: Conducting routine inspections of buildings to confirm safety standards

• Scheduling repairs: Scheduling major repairs with the building's inhabitants

• Liaising with specialists: Working with external specialists and contractors

• Managing upkeep: Managing the upkeep of tools, equipment, and machinery
