The Maintenance/Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned building or premises. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, and performing minor maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and other occupants.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *General Cleaning:*
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents.

2. *Sanitization:*
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
- Ensure hand sanitizing stations are refilled and operational.

3. *Maintenance:*
- Report any necessary repairs or replacements needed for light fixtures, plumbing, or other facilities.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaks.

4. *Supplies Management:*
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

5. *Safety and Compliance:*
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and cleaning agents.

6. *Additional Duties:*
- Set up and break down furniture and equipment for meetings, events, or activities.
- Assist with snow removal and outdoor maintenance as required.
