Exciting Opportunities in our Transport Shared Services!

Guardsman Security Limited is expanding its Transport Shared Services team and we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and organized professionals to join us. If you thrive in fast-paced logistics, administration, and inventory management, this is your chance to make an impact!

Available Roles:

  • Administrative Assistant (1) – Provides critical administrative support to the Fleet Manager, handling driver scheduling, records management, petty cash, and procurement. Location: Kingston

  • Inventory Controller (1) – Leads the inventory team, overseeing procurement, stock management, and compliance to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Location: Kingston

  • Inventory Associates (4) – Supports inventory tracking, fuel distribution, stock control, and warehouse operations to maintain accurate records and timely supply availability. Location: Kingston, Ocho Rios, Mandeville, Montego Bay

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professionals with experience in administration, inventory management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Inventory Controller – Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics with 3-5 years’ experience in inventory or procurement, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

  • Inventory Associates – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with 1+ year experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
