The Role

The Cleaning Supervisor manages multiple project locations and the cleaners and cleaning duties at each site. He/She oversees the cleaners in performing their tasks. He/She examines the cleaned work area by the cleaners. He/She oversees the cleaners' work schedules and reassigns tasks to ensure coverage for absences. He/She makes sure that all cleaning equipment is kept in good condition and is safe to use. He/She verifies the inventory of cleaning supplies and tools. He/She also has to be capable of carrying out cleaning tasks. Further, he/she will:

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
• Supervise cleaning teams - ensuring that cleaning is being carried out correctly, effectively, efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Inspect cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis.
• Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste.
• Provide assistance to Cleaners while they carry out their duties
• Submit reports to management about cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies and general expenses.
• Assist with any other additional duties for the success of the company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry
