MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

Experience required 1-3 years retail visual merchandising experience and 1-year management/supervisory experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel) applications Possession of a valid driver's license and own car

• Manage a team of merchandisers.
• Route merchandisers for sales.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Learn in detail the account Operation Manual, the brand policies (display, expirations, rotation, among others)
• Jointly manages the Team Leader within the company the availability of resources (human, technical, financial, logistical) required to fulfill the commercial offer.
• Ensures proper use of client resources.
• Responsible for execution under the corresponding stores.
• Merchandiser team manager.
• Excellent team management (whether promoters, merchandisers or Jr. supervisors)
• Person responsible for accompanying the FDA team in the POS. Control of the eviction of the country's main POSs in the capital and the interior of the country.
• Carry out the respective monitoring of the KPIs of the team of marketers and promoters.
• Supervision and support of the team of marketers and promoters.
• Share with your immediate boss, opportunities at the point of sale (KBDs, inventories, sell-out, competition report, or those reports that are related to execution and sales)
• Search for new additional spaces and clients
