MAINTENANCE MANAGER, BELIZE

The candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance of the Plant's machinery, equipment and facilities.

• Qualification and experience in AC and Refrigeration Systems.
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of freon systems.
• Knowledge of commercial cold rooms and industrial air conditioning systems.
• Ability to trouble shoot electrical systems.
• Competence in Project Management or computerized maintenance system would be an asset.
• Ability to lead and retain a productive, motivated team.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental safety practices.
• Flexible to 24/7 on call and travelling.
• Excellent diagnostic skills, people and communications skills.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
