Loss Prevention Officer

The Loss Prevention Officer is required to assist with the identification and prevention of safety and security concerns throughout the Club Mobay operational areas.

LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct routine walks/audit throughout the operational areas and identify potential safety hazards and security risks.
• Conduct routine monitoring of the surveillance camera system.
• Conduct random audits of product/ goods receipt and discards to reduce/ eliminate potential for pilferage.
• Conduct random audits to ensure employees are in their assigned work areas.
• Conduct random checks of guest count per staff during the Meet & Greet arrival service.
•  Organize Mystery Shopping to identify potential areas of revenue leakage.
• Prepare and submit a monthly incident report to Director of Airport Operations.
• Collect Loss & Found items from the lounges and deliver to MBJ Loss & Found Department within the day of being discovered.
• Any other duties assigned.
