The Loss Prevention Officer is required to assist with the identification and prevention of safety and security concerns throughout the Club Mobay operational areas.
LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct routine walks/audit throughout the operational areas and identify potential safety hazards and security risks.
Conduct routine monitoring of the surveillance camera system.
Conduct random audits of product/ goods receipt and discards to reduce/ eliminate potential for pilferage.
Conduct random audits to ensure employees are in their assigned work areas.
Conduct random checks of guest count per staff during the Meet & Greet arrival service.
Organize Mystery Shopping to identify potential areas of revenue leakage.
Prepare and submit a monthly incident report to Director of Airport Operations.
Collect Loss & Found items from the lounges and deliver to MBJ Loss & Found Department within the day of being discovered.
Any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies.
First Aid/CPR Certified.
PSRA license
